We want you to feel empowered and comfortable in your Lemonade Dolls gear, so if the fit isn't right, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items. Please ensure all products are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached for a smooth process.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack It Up

  Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene seal is intact and all Lemonade Dolls labels are attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
